SRAGEN – Kilasfakta.com, Sempat gegerkan warga, teka-teki pembunuhan pemilik Sary Salon di Dukuh Kauman RT 3, Desa Bendungan, Kecamatan Kedawung, Kabupaten Sragen, Provinsi Jawa Tengah, akhirnya terungkap.
Otak pelaku pembunuhan Sari Ambarwati (28) pemilik Salon kecantikan di Kedawung, Sragen yakni bernama Yunus Saputra Sri Anggara (47) penjual Soto, warga Dukuh Sidomulyo RT 04 RW 13, Kelurahan Sragen Wetan, Kecamatan Sragen.
Dalam jumpa pers di mapolres Sragen, Kapolres Sragen AKBP Jamal Alam menyampaikan pasca kejadian pelaku pembunuhan yang tak lain tetangga korban keseharian berjualan Soto samping kios korban.
“Pelaku berhasil ditangkap hanya cukup waktu 15 jam setelah kejadian, pelaku berhasil diamankan bersembunyi di hotel di wilayah Semarang,” kata AKBP Jamal Alam, Sabtu (12/8/2023).
Selain itu, Kapolres Sragen AKBP Jamal Alam mengapresiasi kinerja Satreskrim Polres Sragen yang dipimpin langsung oleh Kasat Reskrim Polres Sragen AKP Wikan Srikadiyono, menurut Kapolres Sragen sejak mendapat laporan kejadian tim Macan Putih langsung bergerak cepat.
“Tim macan putih berhasil menangkap pelaku beserta barang bukti mulik korban, yaitu perhiasan cincin kalung, gelang dan uang tunai, motif pelaku sakit hati,” beber AKBP Jamal.
Saat ini pelaku telah diamankan di Mapolres Sragen, untuk mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya.
AKP Wikan menuturkan, pelaku terancam hukuman pidana sebagaimana dimaksud pasal 340 KUHP juncto pasal 338 KUHP tentang pembunuhan berencana, dengan ancaman pidana hati atau pidana seumur hidup atau selama-lamanya 20 tahun.
